1. Right of Cancellation

If you are a consumer (an individual acting for purposes outside your trade, business or profession), you have the right to cancel this service contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period begins on the date the contract is concluded.

2. How to Cancel

The cancellation deadline is met if you send your notice before the period expires.

3. Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel, we will repay all payments received from you promptly, and no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation notice, using the same payment method you used.

4. Exceptions

The right of cancellation expires if work has already begun at your explicit request before the end of the cancellation period (§ 312g(2)(1) German Civil Code), or if the contract is for commercial / business purposes.
